I think he might have been attracted to the idea of Frankie and the poster because he was bipolar. It seemed clear he lived with his parents because it was best for his current mental health. (less)

Haha, I don't even remember any of it. I think given that it didn't stand out at all to me, it's not gratuitous, graphic and it's very basic. I would have loved this as a young adult, the teenage characters are written so wonderfully and they are so relatable. I would honestly let any teenager read it that was interested enough to pick it up. (less)
