Why is it that a book of only 80 pages can not be bought for less than $50-$100 dollars? I am really starting to enjoy Joe Hill's books, NOT his graphic novels. I have LOVED his father's work since I was ten years old. But why would ANYONE pay that much money for a short story? Even a short story by the King himself would only be valuable to a rare book collector. And they generally are not who makes the author money.
