Is Isobelle ever going to finish ANY series?

when will this book be released? I have been reading message boards for years saying that it will be next year that she had already written the first draft when she wrote Darksong, yet the deadlines pass again again and nothing..

Sue Bursztynski I saw the author at Supanova in 2011. She told me she had written 400 pages of it. It has been written, just not published.

Things that have happened while I've been waiting for this book: I started high school I finished high school I went to university I graduated with a degree I got a full-time job .... How long does it take to write a book???

I got a part time job during my "gap year" (1 year off school to decide my path). Then went and did a TAFE (kinda like college) course for 13 months... Graduated! Then 4 years of university... Graduated! I did 18 month grad program at a hospital. Worked full time for 6ish years... Got married! 7ish more years go by... Had a baby! He's now 19 months old..........
Time is still dragging by with no sign of this book in sight. My biggest regret in all of it was having a family member die while she was waiting for this book. We used to joke that she wasn't allowed to die before this book came out - and I had waking fantasies of reading this book to her in bed.
...... Obviously that never came to pass and I just stopped expecting anything.
