Jack What the others said as well as a lot of emetophobia (stomach sickness) scenes. General gore including eye trauma.

This could just be an editing error, but at the beginning, it's noted the narrator Doctor is missing a finger (since their hands are bare at the station), but then when they meet Helen, she comments they have all their fingers. Is there any significance that I'm missing? Thanks!

I'm on page 41 of 323 of Leech: (just finished chapter 4) HELP! - I want to make sure I'm on the right track with this since sci-fi isn't my normal genre. Is the doctor dead and alive at the same time in two locations? He is young, but he has been in the baron's house for many years. I want to make sure I'm thinking correctly before I keep going!
