Is there any news about the Dalkey Archive release of Miss MacIntosh, My Darling? I placed my pre-order with Amazon April 5th. Amazon seems to be saying June 2023 as release date! Quite the pre-order I've made!

I recently got the HBJ/Harvest edition of MMMD Vol 1 and am looking for Vol 2. Does anyone have any information on whether Vol 2 from Dalkey and HBJ/Harvest are the same? I am thinking of buying the Vol 2 from Dalkey to complete the book.
