Aside from the inappropriate touch and outside contact, if a client of mine was getting *clearly* triggered from discussing her trauma so openly, we would change course. Of course the client would need time to process her experience and hearing words like "abuse" for the first time. Reading that, I immediately predicted that Jennette would quit therapy. Many clients would.

Also - if a client terminates, you don't just call them a million times after hours. Just so many red flags. Boundaries may be different for life coaches (I have my own thoughts about that), but if this woman is a practicing therapist she still needs to abide by her ethical codes. Ick.(less)
