Is this book suitable for young teens? I'm looking for a book that could give young teenage girls an idea of transgender issues, transition etc.

Does this have explicit sexual content? I want to send copies to trans folks in prison but some prisons are very restrictive about sexual content. It's helpful to know - thanks!

Gold Dust Yes, the book starts off with sadomasochistic sex, and the rest of the book has a lot of masturbating, porn, etc.
