I read The Impossible Fortress by Rekulak and was appalled at the fat shaming in it - is there anything of the sort in this book? refuse to pick up another book of his if it's more of the same.

The story is largely a decently heavy commentary, laden with portly missives and a rather stout plot, with a thinly veiled character arc that could have been beefed up a bit; but in the end it was your typical girth day story.
