Was this book fully translated into English? A number of the reviews seem to be in another language but the summary is in English. Futhermore, the fact the review are in another language may not say much. Many people in countries other than the United States speak multiple languages. So my question remains. Will someone who is only fluent in English be able to read and understand Mayombe?

If you look through the others editions in goodreads I believe there is an english version, but I gotta say it looks quite old and it hasn't been made any newer edition, at least that's what it looks like. I'm reading it in Portuguese and enjoying it so far ! Maybe it's worth it looking for older editions :)(less)
