I've just started this book, but it seems so depressing. I can't help but feel that David Finch's outlook and philosophy is so much better. Am I being unreasonable?

It does tackle a lot of the systemic oppression that autistic people face and highlights intersectionality, but I would say it’s realistically hopeful. If you finished it I’d be interested to hear if you still think it’s depressing. (less)
