In the book Jarvis visits Hero and as he leaves he thinks to himself how much he hates his daughter's choice of husband but he continues to think to himself how much Hero is like him and he only needs to wait. What does this mean? Does Jarvis think Hero will eventually leave Sebastian? or something even more sinister?

He loves his daughter but not as much as his country or himself and will stop at nothing to retain power.(less)
