Slightly confused here. If this is a continuation of a series, why is the author backtracking to 1962, when that year has already been covered in "Modernity Britain" (1957-63)?

It is not really a part of the New Jerusalem series.

We have been waiting since 2013 for the next volume in the series, with the suspicion being that the author has writer's block.(less)
