Horrible book! This is the bible for the spiritual abuse over the sheep. Based on this book Latin american church leaders decide everything in the lives of their flocks, like with who a member has to marry, how much they should donate to the church and even worse, "the leader is always right, even when he is wrong". Why people like this book?

The Shepard of Gods sheep has spiritual authority but does not have the right to lord it over the sheep.
The Shepard is accountable to God for the spiritual well being of the flock, taking into consideration that said shepard has a Godly heart for the flock.(less)
