There is no sexual content at all between humans/sentient species. There are numerous references to insect and animal kingdom reproduction (which, while done for comedic effect, is graphic, but...bugs). Violence is of the space opera sort. There is fighting, hand weapons, and a handful of deaths. It's actually less violent than The Phlebotomist, in my opinion. I hope that answers your question.
