So, what's the deal with this book now? I did the 0,99$ preorder and it's canceled. I read something on twitter about there being no preorder at all now, since Amazon fucked up. Can I preorder it somewhere else, or is there just no preorder deal at all anymore?

Amazon cancelled the preorder because of a technical glitch on their end--I uploaded the final manuscript and saved it before the preorder cutoff, but it didn't register in their system and when the cutoff + lockout passed it showed as not having a manuscript and thus auto-cancelled it.

I'm trying to work with them to reinstate it, but it's going slow because they take 24-48 hours to answer emails + I'm slow due to a chronic illness flare-up. If they can't reinstate it, I'll put it back up without a preorder next week--but will still leave it at 99c for a while so it can be purchased at the preorder price. It's been a mess. Sorry for the inconvenience, but promise the book will be back soon! <3(less)
