Hi All - I am looking for a book where the hero is from a wealthy powerfully connected family. He has an arranged marriage with a girl when he comes to get her he finds out her brother has abused her and starved her - cutting her arms when she gave in to ask for food??? I cannot remember the book - but I loved it...heroine was tortured but he kills everyone involved. Anybody???
