Pete Elkerbout I've been playing Pillars of Eternity 2 as a Jason Asano-inspired character, and while I've had moderate success in replicating some of his powers (it…moreI've been playing Pillars of Eternity 2 as a Jason Asano-inspired character, and while I've had moderate success in replicating some of his powers (it's a deep game with many different builds so it's possible they are out there), there are often obnoxious/oddball dialogue options that sound exactly like things he'd say in the books. There are other similarities like interacting with multiple gods and deciding whether to revere or ignore them. At times I wonder whether this game or it's predecessor were at least a partial inspiration for the He Who Fights With Monsters world.(less)
