There isn't graphic violence, though there are a …moreI'd say 17 and up, but it depends on the teenager. No graphic sex, but sex is discussed and implied. There isn't graphic violence, though there are a couple of physical fights that don't go on at length. Also mentions of parental death and mental health issues, as well as depictions of an abusive relationship.

So not graphic at all but it touches on plenty of mature topics!(less)
