Not.

Firstly, none of Steiner’s work deals with Satanism.

Secondly, some of Steiner’s work certainly deals with the occult, but not this book. I would also argue that Steiner brings light into those mysteries, not darkness. This book, however, has nothing even remotely occult in it, nor any references to it.

Lastly, his racism in some of his other works is inexcusable. It is thankfully not present in this book. Quite the opposite in fact. Chapter 14 of this book is one of the best, most thoughtful, most glorious and crystal clear recommendations for diversity that I have ever read. I wish Steiner would have listened to himself a bit more, in that regard.

So anyway: Don’t accept racism from anyone, including Steiner, and read chapter 14 of this book.
The other two claims are just random fears that have nothing to do with this book at all.(less)
