I'm assuming there will be a Part 2 then? I'm confused as hell about the reading order of these books.

The first 2 omnibuses will republish the main 6 novels, and thus the main story. the 3rd omnibus is a semi-canon trilogy/spinoff Moorcock wrote years later that loosely ties into the story, but really serves as an alternative ending to his career-spanning Eternal Champion cycle, of which Elric's stories are a significant part. Elric's stories can be read as separate from the wider Eternal Champion mythos though without many problems (like how Dr Strange movie can be enjoyed as a stand-alone without any prior MCU knowledge being really required).

Moorcock didn't write the stories in chronological order, but with these new printed omnibuses, you're getting the story in correct order (although the 3rd one will not be as necessary. it's like the MCU post-Endgame, where its nice, but you'll get a great conclusion without reading beyond the Stormbringer omnibus).
