It's been an year since I started reading this. And I am stuck at Rajyoga, especially meditation. I cannot move further as I want to practice what is written in the book. Though Swamiji mentions benefits of Rajayoga, he did not provide clear steps (how to meditate etc). Are there any supporting books that can help me?

Please see the chapter - The First Steps (CW, Advaita Ashrama,Mayavati Memorial Edition Vol. 1, PP 137-159). That is the gateway to venture meditation- Swamiji says. The Yoga Sutra or Aphorisms are a running commentary/rendition in English from original Sanskritl verses of Patanjali Yoga Sutra. He meditated on these verses, sometime for a longer while, before speaking out and taken note by a woman disciple at America. Kindly Read time and again, with concentration. His sayings are like pointed arrows- never to miss the mark. There is another book - Meditation and Spiritual Life by Swami Yatiswarananda from Ramakrishna Math, Bangalore, India. I may earnestly request to get in touch of monks of Ramakrishna Math & Mission before practicing these. Wish you a Happy Reading. (less)
