I just pick this up and already have a question. Garcia discusses how great the ADA was for autistics (and I'm not arguing that point) but the ADA was only useful if you had a diagnosis. What about people who were diagnosed late, either late teenage years or as an adult? (John Elder Robison wasn't diagnosed until in his 40's after all)
