As for CWs, I'll try to be as thorough as I can!

On-screen, there are battle scenes that depict violence, death, and blood. There is also a bit of swearing that comes from some of our more jaded characters.

Off-screen, there are hints to physical and emotional abuse in which personal autonomy is disregarded. Think cruel king whose wicked acts happen off-page. These acts are seen as abhorrent in this world.

Because this is a book about elemental kingdoms at war with each other, and elements are tied to people/blood, some characters consider themselves superior to others. People of mixed elements also navigate life differently. This is addressed. (less)
