She knew what her husband was capable of but never thought he’d…moreI assumed it meant bc she was apologizing and probably seeking forgiveness from Leigh. She knew what her husband was capable of but never thought he’d do it to other young girls. She knew Leigh and Callie were being abused by their mother and never reported it. She knew her son was another “animal” but kept standing by him. She wanted absolution for her silence.(less)
