It is kinda confusing at first if you do not know anything about nutrition, since he uses words (like trans fats and stuff like that) without explaining them beforehand, but he eventually explains pretty much everything about nutrition.
I would probably recommend if you come across a terminology you do not know to look it up in the index or via word search if you read it digitally.(less)
