The edition I have shares the same ISBN (9780192852724) as this US published edition, however, mine is published in Oxford (Oxford University Press), 1992 and has 395 numbered pages plus 14 unnumbered (forward occupies pages v to x. Not really a question but just a shame I cannot fix this, hopefully someone else will.
