The plot was intricate but not convoluted. The author conveyed the feel of parts of Paris and smaller French villages. I truly loved the story and as much as I looked forward to the denouement, I didn't want it to end. I'd actually like to spend more time with these same characters. What I'd really like is an illustrated copy. (less)
