I'm currently reading this book, and it seems that on page 404 there's a piece of text missing? I don't know if it's me not really understanding the text (not my native language), or that's it's a printing mistake. The dialogue goes as follows: "Apologies," said Greeter (etc) "But this was deep in you. How on earth did you get this?" Next sentence: "Because I told him not to," said Greeter patiently.
