Doesn't the premise to this book sound a lot like Cecelia Ahern's 'P.S. I Love You' published in 2004? Someone please tell me the differences. Thanks.

Only differences are Lauren is the wife who died, Gerry the husband, Lauren is American, and Gerry is Irish. Lauren died from Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, Gerry a brain tumour. Both of the respective widows are drip fed letters over a 12 month from their dead spouses with instructions to help them move forward with their lives.(less)

how clean is this book in terms of sexual content and foul language (especially F-bombs)?

Lisel There are a lot of references to sex, but sex itself is mostly off the page. Well over a hundred F-bombs.
