I heard Sadhguru once say 'you only have a personality because you have a past,' and then follow it with, 'and the past doesn't exist'. Bam! It was in that moment that I finally realized how 'concocted' my life is--how distorted and terribly limited my experience really is, as long as my perception is filtered through my identification with past actions. Anyone else grappling with this unreality as you read?
