I'm twenty and yet it's still uncomfortable for me too read it. Definitely not something I'd want me teenage sister to read, perhaps ever.

I find the book easier to read than it is to watch the movie, because visual representation makes it more real for me and harder for me to stomach. That said, it was very well done and is worth a watch if you can do it.(less)
