But what is the MOST far-fetched is that police don't even check to see if Jonathan owns or drives a tan Camaro (DUH!!) They don't get a search warrant for Jon's property, possibly finding the car, the boots & hat (even after Daniel ID's them in the news video) or discovering the shed. The detective may have been very young, but still, these are gaping holes. (less)

But...Jon admits to stalking Daniel's house, & either intentionally left the prints to scare Daniel, or maybe he got muddy visiting the shed behind his apt. & didn't notice or care that he was tracking it around. Daniel should have demanded the police investigate when it kept happening.(less)
