Robert Blumenthal I would think it would be Isaac.

Who was in the coffin that the deputy dropped in the lake? I have my suspicions but don't know why, and how it is that relevant to end the book with.

Amy left the gold star with Widow Glendower near as I could tell. How did it get back under that floorboard at the house? And how did Isaac know to associate it with Holland? Did I miss something?
