Liam Ostermann Yes because it must be understood with the entirety of what the author says about Germany and about the UK - and this is very much about the UK though…moreYes because it must be understood with the entirety of what the author says about Germany and about the UK - and this is very much about the UK though he is talking about Germany and when he refers to doing things better he is talking about going things better then the UK and, if you think the UK is doing anything, including responding in a useful way to Russia's actions in the Ukraine, then you really do need to read this book - and I have no doubt you haven't read the book or you wouldn't have asked such a stupid question - no that is unfair no question is stupid, though a question may reveal that the questioner is stupid.(less)
