Haven't read this and i am not sure i will, but what i am asking rhetorically is why is it that people are so surprised that Jews fought back? there was rebellion and fighting back all over including the camps. It's not "incredible" it's what you do!!!! would you not do the same thing to live?? I have met survivors and a survivor of the Bielski brothers group. He almost broke my hand shaking it. You have no idea.
