How many of the people posting reviews of this book are actually opening it up and reading it...cover to cover? 10%?

From reading some reviews--and reviews only--elsewhere on the internet, it appears the writer or RAGE tracked the president's performance based on nitpicking facts, innuendo, and selecting the right persons for feedback, all the while missing the big picture. If I ever read the book, I may change my comments but I hardly have any time for trivia. What's the scoop?

It is an excellent book and well worth taking the time to read. In many ways, I believe even Trump supporters could appreciate this book, especially if they are open-minded. (less)
