I bought my copy - a First Edition - in the US in 1992 but only just got round to reading it. Strangely, my copy goes from page 568 to 615, so missing out 569 to 614. then it continues to p646, but then reprints p599 to 666 (so it repeats 615 to 666). Weird. Does anyone else have the same structure? Is mine just a badly made-up copy, or is it part of Gardner's subversive plan?
