The main fictional storyline contains a romance, and no, where that is concerned, there's nothing more explicit. HOWEVER, and here's where the "true crime" aspect comes in...the actual historical storyline includes sexual assault and abuse, so if you're very sensitive to such details, consider skipping this one! I did my best to keep most of that off-screen, or as part of narrative flashback, but there are a couple of places where a smidgen of detail was necessary for the story.(less)
