It is a fantastic read, gripped me until the end. I thought it just as good as the others. You can always tell when you put off reading the end because you don’t want it to be the end. Did others agree?

I feel like this was the first where I really got to live in the world that has been created. Every character felt fully formed, and several characters from previous books were made real. Before I always felt that many of the peripheral characters (outside of Matthew) were truly fringe. But this book gave everyone the life needed to build out the world.

It was a great story that had me entranced for 7 days. I cannot wait until the next and look forward to the evolution of the agency, the detectives, and the world she has built. (less)
