Would this be appropriate for a middle schooler? I have a student who prefers to read about disabilities, volunteers with all activities relating to students with disabilities and her sincerity and empathy is beyond her years. But before I recommend this (since I haven't read it) I want to make sure it's not too adult. Thanks!
