I'm exactly in the middle of the book, now in "The Book of Memory". Does this get any better? Because I'm seriously bored and am considering giving it up....

Sam the exciting thing about the book is that he talks about himself in a transparent manner if you want my opinion finish it can be a nice one

I would very much enjoy discussing the book with other readers, but inexplicably, 99% of the reviews of it on this page are in a foreign language and alphabet that my Chrome software is not translating well at all.Is there some other version of it that might offer more English-language opinions about it? Or perhaps steps I can take to better translate this current one? TIA

well as you know this is one of the earliest work of Auster and the notion of chance and destiny are frequently touched by him in this book. I do love Auster because he nicely deals with people's relationships and their tied fates. the question however is which Auster's book is the best one in describing characters and events?
