They speak Welsh (and English) in Wales which is a completely different country to England! As Daisy said, some Cornish folks still speak Cornish but it is dying out.

England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland are all in the United Kingdom (UK) and the predominant language of all four countries is English.

In Scotland though, the Gaelic (prounounced Gallic) language is still used, and in Northern Ireland, Gaelic (pronounced Gaylic) is still used .... but still English predominantly.
