The only changes that I can spot from the original are the new cover image, the copyright to say that Millard does not profit from it, and the font size.

If you would rather have a physical copy, you can try your luck with online retailers. The usual suspects apply (Amazon, Barnes and Noble, etc.); I've found it for pretty cheap in the U.S.(less)
