I can't find this in e!book on Amazon,co,uk. Can anyone else? Apparently the paperback and e-book aren't linked on Amazon.com but the e-book is there (and discounted this weekend.

Is there plans for an audiobook release? I don't want to buy the book if an audiobook is coming out. It makes my commute so much better having a book!!
