Can I buy this book from somewhere else except amazon (for kindle)?

It is sort of possible to buy it not from Amazon in physical form on other sites, but it's still printed by Amazon, just delivered via whatever other storefront. I'm essentially an Amazon exclusive author.

The reasons for that are... well, complicated, but much of it boils down to Amazon heavily incentivizing being an Amazon exclusive author. I'm not actually sure I'd be able to make a living writing currently otherwise. (Perhaps I could, but it's a risk. I really don't want to have to get a dayjob again.)

It's not always something I'm completely comfortable with- being so beholden to such a massive beast as Amazon is an unsettling thing, to be sure. It is what it is, though.(less)
