On page 78 of this book, Barry Holgate asks “Mrs Takenaga” if she lost her husband in the sarin attack in 1995. It was in fact Wada who lost her husband not Takenaga. Am I missing something here?

Do you think Robert Goddard was actually the author of this book, since the writing style was much different from his other books?
