Therefore do not be ashamed of the testimony about our Lord, nor of me his prisoner, but share in suffering for the gospel by the power of God, who saved us and called us to a holy calling, not because of our works but because of his own purpose and grace, which he gave us in Christ Jesus before the ages began, and which now has been manifested through the appearing of our Savior Christ Jesus, who abolished death and brought life and immortality to light through the gospel, for which I was appointed a preacher and apostle and teacher"

Therefore, as is clearly evidenced by this quotation, we should maintain "power" and "self-control". If you are touching yourself and committing the sin of self-satiation, you are not only wasting life in your poisoned, rotting semen, but you are also ruining your own tenuous self-control. If Jesus "abolished death" for you, why would you need to, quote unquoted, "wank"? The word itself is repulsive and anti-Christian.

If, you poor sexualised soul, you still cannot bring yourself to heed my rigorous advice, I shall have to give you further Christian counsels. Genesis 2:18: 'Then the Lord God said, “It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him a helper fit for him.”' The notion of a "helper" implies the act of mutual sexual intercourse. Cunnilingus, auto-fellatio, analingus, sodomy, self-satiation etc. are not included. You must simply place your penis inside a vagina and be happy for the rest of your life. AMEN.
