Hi Robert I recently bought this book and have just read the sentence "I don't think I've ever seen a keyword that has a low CTR and a high CVR". Well that is the exact problem I have. My CVR on nine keywords is mostly between 30 and 100%! But my CTR on those same keywords is between 0.14% and 1.5%! Please can you explain? Thank you!
