Flip Flop Girl is actually a really good book, in my opinion anyways. I can relate to the story by them kids losing their daddy, because I lost my daddy. The way the girl handled it was completely normally for a kid who lost a parent. The author had so much detail in the story also. The book was just good in generally. The only bad part was how the little girl had to watch over and pretty much take care of her brother while she was going to school. Also having to help her mom to that wasn’t really that good.(less)
