They also put out an e-book version, but if that's not an option, you're probably out of luck. From what I understood of their business model, they did deluxe print versions to fund the free distribution of e-book versions, so those versions were probably expensive and few in number. If they ever even sold. The fact that their website no longer exists suggests that they didn't sell much. :( (less)
